Employee’s Voice

I am married and blessed with 2 kids and a pure Mumbaikar by heart. As far as my education goes; I have done Diploma in Electrical Engg from K J Somaiya Polytechnic.

I joined KEI as a telephone operator having no sense of ambition or direction. The only thought I had was to support my family.

I hail from UP, but I moved to Delhi in 1985. In the same year, I joined KEI as a technician having just one goal in mind i.e., give 100 % at work and grow.

I joined KEI as an Assistant Executive – HR & Admin in the year 2005, and today, after 13 years, I work in the capacity of AGM- HR & Admin.

joined KEI in the year 1993 as a production supervisor with a qualification of BE. I was amongst the first lot of production engineers hired at KEI.

As a woman this ride of my professional tenure wasn’t an easy one. However, I have always believed in the saying; ‘Where there is a will there is a way’.

I joined KEI in the year 2005 as a President of the company. Prior to this I worked with Birla Group for more than 35 years.
