Mr. Anil Gupta is a renowned expert in the Indian cables and wires industry and a strong believer in modern technology. He has spearheaded some path breaking innovations in the industry and has been the guiding force behind KEI’s vision to become the undisputed leader in its category and build a robust corporate identity. Mr. Gupta commenced his journey with KEI as a partner in the erstwhile Krishna Electrical Industries and soon rose to become its Chairman-cum Managing Director. With over four decades of experience at the helm, he plays a strategic role in guiding the Company to scale new heights of success. He has also initiated various policies on marketing, production, quality control and product development.

Mr .Akshit Diviaj Gupta is a young and dynamic professional with a strong entrepreneurial background. He has experience in handling EPC projects and retail marketing functions of the Company. He holds a BBA degree in Management, an Honorary Graduate Fellowship, and has an acute interest and knowledge of diverse business Activities.

Ms. Archana Gupta has played a pivotal role in transforming the Stainless Steel Wires Division at KEI. She has been instrumental in the expansion of this division and in defining the functional ambit and footprint of KEI. Ms. Gupta is guiding and advising the management team wherever required and she is not acting full time as Executive Director of the Company.

Ms. Shalini Gupta is an accomplished corporate leader with 27 years of global experience. Currently, she runs a boutique leadership consulting firm focused on Executive Search, HR Advisory and Leadership Development. She helps organizations dramatically improve performance through focus on leadership & talent. She has worked with a large number of clients and senior executives who have built distinguished careers in successful companies. Ms. Shalini Gupta has spent most of her career in hi-tech, having worked in a multitude of roles that involved large transformations, building high-performing teams and working closely with CEOs and founders to define organization strategy and executing on it. She is an advocate for increasing the number of women in STEM education and mentors young women professionals who are building their career in STEM.

Mr. Rajeev Gupta has over 32 years of experience in corporate finance and currently leads KEI’s finance and strategic planning functions. A Commerce graduate and Fellow Member of the ICAI, he plays a critical role in driving the Company’s financial strategy and aligning it with long-term business objectives.
Mr. Vinay Mittal is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in B.Com (Honors). He has worked in the field of Banking and Finance, in banks/ companies like ANZ Grindlays Bank, Max India Ltd., EXL Services Ltd and HT Media Ltd at senior management level. In 2016, he started investing in start-up companies and mentoring their management. He has rich & varied exposure in banking, corporate finance, treasury, accounting, audit, taxation and administration across diverse industries like banking, IT, outsourcing and print media. Mr. Vinay Mittal has done his schooling from St. Columba’s High School. Later, he completed his B.Com (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Mr. Mittal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1986 and completed his articles (apprenticeship) from PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwC).

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Yaduvanshi has rich & varied exposure of over 36 years of working in bank branches & Controlling Offices in India & United Kingdom (UK) besides leadership positions in Jalandhar (Punjab) and Delhi & NCR. Based on his performance, Dr. Yaduvanshi was deputed to United Kingdom (UK) by Punjab National Bank to manage two branches of PNB International Ltd., at Birmingham & Southall. In 2017, he was appointed as Executive Director at Dena Bank by Government of India & was transferred to Punjab National Bank in 2019. Dr. Yaduvanshi has wide exposure in areas like Credit, International Banking, Finance, Human Relations, Marketing, Management of NPAs, Audit etc. Dr. Yaduvanshi has done B.Sc. & M.Sc. from Hansraj College, Delhi University. Later he completed Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He is also certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. In addition, he has done various courses in banking from premier institutes in India & Abroad.

Mr. Bansal is a distinguished Banking and Finance Professional and a competent administrator. He has over 36 years of extensive experience in Banking Finance Infrastructure Administration in various capacities followed by 9+ years as Independent Director/Independent External Monitor by CVC (Govt. of India)/Adviser to multiple prestigious corporates across education, infrastructure, social and welfare services, electronic, manufacturing, capital market and services sector. He has held prominent roles including Chairman & Managing Director of Corporation Bank (PSB), Executive Director of Punjab National Bank, Chief General Manager at India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL) and Field General Manager and other posts in Dena Bank. Mr. Bansal has also served as Director of PNB Gilts Limited, Chairman of CorpBank Securities Ltd and held key positions in the Indian Banks Association (IBA) and contributed to significant projects like the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. He led/was part of several marquee projects like MoU with Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) in Tokyo, Japan for financing the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and negotiations with multilateral & bilateral institutions like Asian Development Bank, World Bank, JBIC and KfW. Mr. Manoj Kakkar is the Executive Director- Sales & Marketing of KEI Industries Limited. He has held this position since December 1990. He is someone who has witnessed KEI build into an empire from brick to brick. A B.Com honors from Delhi University and holding various diplomas in Marketing & Business Management, Mr. Manoj is an extreme enthusiast in business development and expert in relationship building. Under his leadership, KEI’s exports, institutional, and distribution business has flourished and scaled new heights. His philosophy is that leadership is a privilege that carries with it the responsibility to inspire others, and to direct them to attain the vision and goals of the organization. This firm belief has always helped him empower people and develop future organization leaders.
Mr. Lalit Sharma is Chief Operating Officer of KEI and began his journey in the year 2007. Under the umbrella of COO-ship, he has worked on machines, understood how the plant functions and the activities undertaken, brought in collaborations that could share technical know-hows, product and material developments, and set-up backward integrations wherever necessary.
He has witnessed KEI grow from a INR 900 Crore Company to a INR 11748 Crore Company over the years. He says, ‘It is a magnificent experience to see the company turn into a EPC Contractor from being a manufacturing Company, which was a long-standing dream of our CMD, Mr. Anil Gupta’.
With the huge opportunity available in the market due to the intense infrastructural development, he believes there is huge potential for KEI to become one of leading Indian Multinational EPC Contractor for Electrification Systems. A organization such as KEI whose roots are built on empowerment, trust and confidence can be seen to emerge as a conglomerate in the future years through backward and forward integrations, working on associated and related materials in the Energy and Power Sector, especially with renewables becoming the new alternative source that people are looking out to.
Mr. Pawan is heading the Tendering & Business Development Cell of KEI in EPC Segment for Transmission and Distribution Business, International Business & Railway Business. He comes with a strong academic background; B. Tech – Mechanical from NIT Bhopal & M. Tech from IIT Roorkee – Industrial Metallurgy. He has more than 24 Years’ of experience in Business Development, Tendering, Project Management and Implementation for Supply as well as Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Domain for Electrical & Mechanical Discipline based Projects in Domestic and International Market. With his strong determination and commitment, he is confident to develop EPC Business for KEI in existing field as well as in new areas of interest. His driving force is the constant yearn to learn attitude that has made him into a truly versatile in different areas of work.
Mr. Umesh B. Kank is the Vice President – Marketing at KEI Industries Limited. He joined the organization in October 2001 and brings over 30 years of professional experience in the electrical industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics along with an MBA in Marketing, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of business strategy and market development.
During his association with KEI, Mr. Kank has contributed to the company’s marketing initiatives by focusing on business development, channel engagement, and customer relationship management. His technical background enables him to understand customer requirements in depth, while his marketing expertise helps translate those requirements into practical business opportunities.
In his current role, he is responsible for supporting market expansion, strengthening the company’s distribution network, and working closely with channel partners to enhance KEI’s presence across key markets. He believes that understanding customer expectations and maintaining strong business relationships are essential for achieving sustainable growth in a competitive industry.
Mr. Kank values collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning in every aspect of his work. With three decades of experience and a balanced blend of technical and commercial knowledge, he continues to contribute to KEI’s commitment to delivering reliable solutions, strengthening customer confidence, and building long-term partnerships that support the company’s continued growth.
Mr. Kunal Gupta serves as the Vice President – Marketing (International Business), at KEI Industries Limited. He has been associated with the organization since April 2013 and has brought over 27 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing and Business development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of market strategy and customer engagement.
Since joining KEI, Mr. Gupta has been actively involved in expanding the company’s presence in overseas markets and strengthening relationships with customers, distributors and business partners. His technical background enables him to understand the evolving requirements of the electrical industry, while his expertise in international business helps to develop business strategies that align with market trends and customer expectations.
In his current role, Mr. Gupta is responsible for supporting international business growth through development of new markets and customer relationship management. He works closely with Global regional teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing networks and enhance the company’s reach across key markets. His collaborative approach and focus on long-term partnerships contribute to building a strong and sustainable business ecosystem.
Mr. Gupta believes that understanding customer needs, adapting to changing market dynamics, and building lasting relationships are fundamental to long-term success. Mr. Jashobant Singha Ray serves as the Vice President – Marketing at KEI Industries Limited. Since joining the Company in May 2013, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening KEI’s market presence and driving sustainable business growth across key markets. With over 29 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and customer-centric leadership.
After completing his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Ray pursued an MBA in Marketing, followed by an MBA in Data Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management. He is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), where he completed executive leadership programmes, further enhancing his expertise in strategic management, digital transformation, and organizational leadership.
At KEI Industries, Mr. Ray is responsible for leading the Company’s marketing strategy, business development initiatives, and market expansion efforts. He works closely with regional teams, distributors, and channel partners to strengthen customer engagement, enhance brand presence, and expand the Company’s reach across domestic and international markets. His deep understanding of technical products, evolving market dynamics, and data-driven decision-making enables him to identify growth opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions that create long-term value.

Mr. Daya Shankar Choubey serves as the Vice President – Human Resources & Administration at KEI Industries Limited. He joined the organization in September 2020 and has over 30 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management and Administration. He is a Science Graduate who also holds Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) and a Master’s in Personnel Management (MPM), providing him with a strong understanding of People Management, Employment Practices, Talent Management and Organizational Development .
At KEI, Mr. Choubey leads the Corporate Human Resources & Administration function, focusing on creating a positive work environment that supports both employee growth and business objectives. His responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, learning and development, and strengthening administrative processes across the organization.
With three decades of experience, he believes that an organization’s greatest strength lies in its people.
